Profile® Products is strengthening its executive team with the promotion of Adam Dibble, CPESC, CESSWI to vice president of global environmental solutions. In this role, he will lead the global sales, distribution and marketing operations for the company’s Environmental Solutions business, which includes erosion control and vegetation solutions like biotic soil media, hydraulically applied technology, soil modifiers, and more. He will drive strategic growth, customer engagement and global partnerships.

Dibble has held various leadership roles in marketing, sales, product management and business development. During his tenure, he has raised awareness of environmental erosion control practices, led development of sales plans and strategies, and created synergy among marketing and sales teams to promote environmental solutions. His work has also educated the industry on best management practices and technological advancements.

Dibble is the former chair of EnviroCert International CPESC and the International Erosion Control Association (IECA) Board President (2019-2021), of which he still is an active member. In his career, he has received multiple industry awards, including IECA’s Sustained Contributor Award (2023) and Four Under 40 Award (2019), as well as Stormwater Solutions’ Rising Star Award (2016).
