There are a variety of ways ProPlus® products can be used to provide temporary protection against sediment runoff. Each offer different advantages, depending on the circumstances. A Profile Technical Representative can help you determine which products may be most suitable to your project.
Medium to Longer-term
- Effectively enhances the adhesiveness of mulch
- Meets or exceeds requirements for non-asphaltic tacking emulsion
- Reduces soil erosion and water runoff immediately after hydroseeding
- 100% guar gum based organic tackifier that helps bond soil particles to minimize sediment migration
- Provides a strong chemical bond
- Can be added up to 150 pounds per acre for maximum protection
Moderate Protection
- 3 to 4.5 pounds of FlocLoc will give you short-term protection up to 1 acre
